New to Industry – Dump Truck Operator - DIDO Role (Collie WA)

Programmed Energy and Resources are seeking safety conscious and motivated candidates for the New to Industry Dump Truck Operators Program in Collie, WA.

Programmed are currently screening for the next intake in February 2026!

What you need for the role:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Documents proving south-west address (you must live within 70km from Collie)
  • Unrestricted, full Australian working rights
  • Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety
  • Provide two contactable referees' which you have previously reported to (managers, supervisors, team leads)
  • A "can do" attitude, physically fit and keen to learn
  • Passion to be a dump truck operator
  • Civil operating and mining experience will be advantageous
  • Experience working 12 hour and night shift will be advantageous

Details of the role:

  • 4/4 day roster pattern - dayshift and nightshift
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 12-month max term contracts, personal leave & annual leave accrued
